I have over a decade of experience in home inspections and building science. Since becoming trained as a certified energy auditor in 2009, I have conducted inspections on over 1,000 buildings throughout Maine, ranging from mobile homes to mansions. I have acquired an intimate knowledge of Maine’s housing stock and understand the unique energy and financial challenges each type of household faces.

I have served as a board member of the Maine Association of Building Efficiency Professionals (MABEP), and have built long-standing relationships with the contractor community. I have extensive experience in residential construction, energy modelling, building envelope systems, HVAC and solar PV system design. These skills are important in working with municipalities, contractors and homeowners to ensure code compliance, reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and lower energy costs.
